Peacock Bass Fishing Season

We’re off to a great start!

Our first groups of this season boated 1100 fish per fishing week, with several trophy fish, including Peacock Bass weighing 18, 20, and 21 pounds!

We had a very successful 2023/2024 Brazil peacock bass fishing season with astonishing numbers of fish and trophy fish landed.

Groups of eight fishermen averaged landing 900+ peacocks per week with 15 percent weighing 10- to 20-pounds.

A late-November group, fishing the Jufari River, landed 1341 fish during theweek, 196 in the 10-to 20-pound range, with the largest being 22 pounds.

The Jufari and Xeriuni Rivers produced several 20- to 24-pound fish last season.
