It’s not all about the shooting... our outfitter Floro Lavalle is well-known for his beautiful lodges, fine wines, creative Argentine cuisine, professional guides and attentive service.

His opulent new 20,000 sq. ft lodge, Estancia Chacu, offers nine bedrooms, lovely dining and cocktail areas, shaded patios, gardens, fountains and all of the charm of a European country manor, but with modern comfort and convenience. The lodge sits in a lovely hillside location on a 12,000 acre private ranch.

Dining is uniformly terrific, featuring famed Argentine beef, local specialties, game dishes and delightful red wines. A professional massage therapist is available every evening to relax and reinvigorate exhausted limbs and sore shoulders.

Both the shooting and fishing are accessed easily from this headquarters. The drives to the fishing areas range from 20 minutes to an hour. Shooters will be pleasantly surprised with their drives to the field — ten minutes to thirty minutes will access any of the prime shooting areas for doves or pigeons.

Many groups choose to spend a day or two in Salta, the capital city of the province. There are many non-shooting activities such as horseback riding, river rafting, visits to Indian villages, high-altitude train rides, spa treatments, visits to wineries and Jesuit, Dominican and Franciscan historical sites.
